PURPOSE: A measuring apparatus is provided to precisely measure a voltage drop amount due to a measured object by separating an element for measuring the voltage drop amount from an element for providing a reference signal necessary for a voltage drop. CONSTITUTION: A measuring apparatus includes a signal providing unit(130), a measuring unit(150), a calibration unit(170), and a probe(190). The signal providing unit provides a reference signal to a measurement target object(200) through a signal wire. The measuring unit measures the voltage drop amount of the measurement target object in which the reference signal is provided. The calibration unit outputs a correction resistance value reducing the resistance value of a premeasured probe in a produced resistance value. One end of the probe touches the terminal of the measured object.
