The wall box (1) has cap (5) arranged in end of guide pipe (2) and movable between closing position and open position. The cap has hyperbolically formed flow structure (6). The guide arms are attached in the guide pipe and are axially mounted with funnel-shaped ring streamlined guidance structure (14). The extension distance of guidance structure is smoothly delayed by stop (20) using an additional braking force, when opening the cap so that an impact on cap is prevented or damped by an end stop (32).
