To this end, said device uses the liquid flow of a heat-transport fluid. The device includes a closed hydraulic circuit conveying a heat-transport fluid, said circuit including: a first heating source (110) through which the fluid passes; a second heating source (210) through which the fluid passes; a first so-called cooling circuit loop (100) including a first branch (11) and a second branch (130); and a second so-called heating loop bypassing the first loop and including a first branch (20), a second branch (231, 232), and a third branch (30) that bypasses between the first branch and second branch.
