PERSIMMON SOFTENING APPARATUS OF ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY

PURPOSE: An astringency removing apparatus for persimmons is provided to create a material temperature which is moderate for removing astringency in persimmons regardless of directions in a container, and to lead the air flow to evenly distribute an astringency remover in the air. CONSTITUTION: A sealed structure or container(11) leads an even distribution of an astringency remover by inducing the air flow. An object for a removal of astringency is placed in a dropwise frame(20) by using the air flow containing an astringency remover. An air blocking member(14) surrounds the top part and the side part of the dropwise frame to induce the air flow by blocking the air flow and keeping the air pressure difference of the inside and the outside of the dropwise frame at the same time. An air inlet/outlet(22) discharges the inside air of the dropwise frame to the upper part. An air induction fan(12) discharges the inside air of the dropwise frame. A space for accommodating the air containing the astringency remover is formed among the air blocking member, the lower part of the dropwise frame, and the bottom of the sealed structure or container. An astringency remover supply means supplies the astringency remover by selecting one among an astringency remover inlet(27), an astringency remover holder(25) and an astringency remover generator(26).
