PURPOSE: A construction method for soil-bag shore protection using a multi-stage geotextile is provided to facilitate a construction regardless of the weather condition of the sea, lower the construction cost, and to shorten the construction period. CONSTITUTION: A soil-bag using a multi-stage geotextile is made of a filler filled with a geotextile and separated into multi-stages. The geotextile(20) comprises a first stage geotextile(21), a second stage geotextile(22), and a third stage geotextile(23) for being consecutively connected on the circumference on one side. The multi-stage soil-bag is produced by repeating the process of spreading the geotextile, filling the filler into a support frame, and sealing. The soil-bag is carried and piled up underwater for construction.
