Reporting means reports, to a server, an evaluation regarding an execution of a predetermined application performed by each of other information processing apparatuses. Matchmaking means, when a plurality of information processing apparatuses execute the application together, sets a combination of the information processing apparatuses on the basis of at least the evaluation. Processing execution means executes the application together with any of the other information processing apparatuses with which the information processing apparatus has been combined by the matchmaking means.
