TUBE SYSTEM FOR TIRES

Tube system comprises a tube (12), which is formed to a ring and has two ends (14, 16) that are welded together in overlapping manner for forming the ring, and a hole in which a valve (20) is inserted. The tube consists of 100 wt.% of polyurethane and has a constant wall strength along its expansion. The constant value of the wall strength is 0.1-0.4 mm. The interior side of a first section of the tube wall (13) stepping out from an end of the tube is welded with the interior side of a second section of the tube wall stepping out from another end of the tube. Tube system comprises a tube (12), which is formed to a ring and has two ends (14, 16) that are welded together in overlapping manner for forming the ring, and a hole in which a valve (20) is inserted. The tube consists of 100 wt.% of polyurethane and has a constant wall strength along its expansion. The constant value of the wall strength is 0.1-0.4 mm. The interior side of a first section of the tube wall (13) stepping out from an end of the tube is welded with the interior side of a second section of the tube wall stepping out from another end of the tube. The interior side of the tube wall is partially covered with a latex sealing fluid. The valve comprises a holding section arranged in the interior of the tube, and a function section arranged external of the tube. A cross-section of the holding section of the valve possesses an extension that is larger than the extension of the hole. The valve has a press sheath (22) with an interiorly lying pressing area and the holding section of the valve has a counter pressing area together with the pressing area. Between the pressing area of the press sheath, and the counter pressing area of the holding section of the valve, a section of the tube wall surrounding the hole of the tube is clamped. The pressing area of the press sheath and the counter pressing area of the holding section are conically formed. The press sheath is mounted in press slit at the valve. A removable valve barrel is inserted in the function section of the valve. The tube is areawisely transparent. An independent claim is included for a method for the production of tube system.
