PURPOSE: A solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve productivity by simplifying a manufacturing process without forming a hole on the surface of a support substrate. CONSTITUTION: Solar cells(300) are formed on the upper side of a support substrate(200). A bus bar(400) is electrically connected to the solar cells. A top substrate is formed on the upper sides of the solar cells. A junction box includes a pad(511,512) connected to the bus bar. The junction box is electrically connected to a cable(550) by forming a cable connection hole on the side of the junction box. |
