PURPOSE: An endless manufacturing device of ferritic stainless steel, and manufacturing method thereof are provided to use multiple tandem rolling mills to improve the efficiency of production, and to manufacture ferritic stainless steel that has an equal or better surface quality in comparison with the quality of the ferritic stainless steel which is provided by a reversing rolling mill. CONSTITUTION: An endless manufacturing device of ferritic stainless steel includes a first tandem rolling mill(100), a second tandem rolling mill(200), an annealing electrolytic acid pickling tank(300), and a skin pass mill(400). The first tandem rolling mill comprises two or more stands(110) which are successively arranged. The second tandem rolling mill is connected with the first tandem rolling mill, and comprises two or more stands(210) which are successively arranged. The annealing electrolytic acid pickling tank is connected to the second tandem rolling mill. The skin pass mill is connected to the annealing electrolytic acid pickling tank, and comprises a finishing mill roll(410).
