摘要 <p>The multi-layer non woven composite material for the production of automobile roof liners, comprises core layer (2) comprising 50% of amorphous bi-component fibers and cover layer having 70% of crystalline bi-component fibers. The amorphous bi-component fibers and crystalline bi-component fibers have low and high melting components. The cover layer and the fibers rising up from the cover layer into the core layer are material-conclusively connected with the core layer. The cover layer is arranged on both sides of the core layer. The multi-layer non woven composite material for the production of automobile roof liners, comprises a core layer (2) having 50% of amorphous bi-component fibers, and a cover layer having 70% of crystalline bi-component fibers. The amorphous bi-component fibers and crystalline bi-component fibers have low and high melting components. The cover layer and the fibers rising up from the cover layer into the core layer are material-conclusively connected with the core layer. The cover layer is arranged on both sides of the core layer. The material-conclusive connection is produced between the core layer and the fibers rising up from the cover layer into the core layer by thermal treatment. The low melting components of the bi-component fibers partially covers adjacent fibers of the core layer and/or the cover layer. The thickness of the core layer is larger than the thickness of the cover layer. The specific gravity of the core layer is smaller than the specific gravity of the cover layer. The weight per unit area of the core layer and cover layer is 500-800 g/m 2&gt; and 150-250 g/m 2&gt; respectively. The melting point of the core layer and cover layer is 110[deg] C and 165[deg] C respectively. The amorphous bi-component fibers have a fiber refinement of 4.4 dtex. The crystalline bi-component fibers have a fiber refinement of 7.0 dtex. The partial density per side of the pre-needled non-woven material is 80-130 ET/cm 2&gt;. The core layer consists of pre-needled non-woven material. The partial density of the pre-needled core layer is 85 ET/cm 2&gt;. Independent claims are included for: (1) a method for the production of non-woven composite materials; and (2) a method for the production of mold parts from non-woven composite materials.</p>
