PURPOSE: A language learning system and a method thereof are provided to offer excellent language learning effect by making a learner be contacted with a language learning system by giving interest to a language learning method displaying a picture or a video. CONSTITUTION: A language learning system consists of an image display unit(10), a first country language character output unit(21), a second country language character output unit(22), a voice output unit(23) and a command input unit(30). The image display unit is a shape of computer, smart phone, PDA, navigation and et cetera capable of displaying a picture or a video. When a picture or a video is being displayed in the image display unit, a word relevant to the picture of the video is outputted in the first country language character output unit and the second country language character output unit. Also, the word is outputted in voice through the voice output unit. The user is capable of inputting command such as replay through the command input unit and search for the other pictures.
