The lamp has a reflector (1), which defines a reflector axis and a light emitting opening is limited on a front side of the reflector. A light medium opening is limited at a rear side of the reflector. The reflector has multiple discrete reflector segments (5). The reflector segments engages a holding plate (2) such that the reflector is extended over the holding plate, and thus the light medium opening and the light emitting opening of the reflector lie on opposite sides of holding plate. An independent claim is included for a reflector arrangement with a reflector.
