PURPOSE: A weed-proofing structure for road side and a construction method for the same are provided to prevent soil erosion, lower the cost, and prevent a safety accident due to weeding. CONSTITUTION: A weed-proofing structure for road side and a construction method for the same comprises the following steps: forming a slope on the ground in the outer side of a guardrail(15) and installing a drainage induction pipe(30) which is formed with a plurality of drainage inlets; applying an adhesive(40) on one side of a curb and the lower side of a post(16); and applying the mixture of a urethane chip and a binder for forming a weed-proofing layer.
