The inner sealing strips (3) are arranged in a radial guide grooves (4) provided in a rotor (2). A pair of flexible resilient outer sealing strips (5a,5b) is inserted at outer edges of the inner sealing strips by inserting the pins of pair of flexible resilient outer sealing strips into prominent groove provided in inner sealing strips.
