PURPOSE: A multi-relay transmission device using an interference arrangement method and a method thereof are provided to continually transmit data in a first phase and a second phase by minimizing the reduction of a transmission rate. CONSTITUTION: A multi-relay transmission device includes a source node(100), a relay network(200), and a purpose node(300). A source node(100) alternatively executes a second phase transmitting post-data which belong to leading data in second transmission time(T2) and a first phase transmitting the leading data in first transmission time corresponding to the transmission time of a unit frame. The relay network includes a plurality of relay nodes(R1,R2,R3) receiving data from the source node.
