The single or double sliding, swinging or pocket door has a driver, a spindle (2), with wings connected arranged in a housing (1). The driver either turns on the spindle or acts linearly on one of the wings. The spindle at one end has a free part (3), in conjunction with a fixed part (4) and acts contrary to the action of opening the door movement. The fixed part (4) follows the free part (3) with an inner part (5) and rotates on the spindle. The fixed part is arranged in a first axial position in relation to the spindle on which the inner part (5) is present in a second axial position and releases the inner part.
