The bearing has screws (4) passed through an aperture in a converter housing such that an end of the screws is connected with a hearing aid apparatus (1) and an opposite end of the screws is blocked against penetration in the aperture. A resilient holding element in form of an O-ring is mounted between the converter housing and the screws. The housing comprises a lateral protruding bar in which the aperture is left blank, where the aperture is in a form of a round hole. The screws are indirectly connected with the housing over the resilient holding element.
