PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of dried yellow croaker with rubus coreanus fruit is provided to manufacture dried yellow croaker maintaining a moderate salinity and a pharmacological effect of Rubus creanus fruit. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of dried yellow croaker with Rubus coreanus fruit comprises the following steps: preparing a Rubus coreanus fruit extract by mixing Rubus coreanus fruit and sugar in a ratio of 1wt%:1wt% and aging the result for 1-14 days then separating the liquid; manufacturing medicinal liquid by mixing purified water, salt, glycyrrhizae radix, angelica gigias in a ratio of 100:17:0.15:0.1wt%; manufacturing Rubus coreanus fruit mixed solution by mixing the Rubus coreanus fruit extract and the medicinal liquid in a ratio of 1:100 wt%; and preserving the dried yellow croaker in the Rubus coreanus fruit mixed solution with salt for a certain time according to the weight of the dried yellow croaker, 1 hour for 10-79g, 1 hour and 30 mintues for 80-99 g, 2 hours and 10 minutes for 100-113g, and 2 hours and 50 minutes for 114-126g; and keeping the temperature around the dried yellow croaker around 18 deg.C.
