The deflector (1) is engaged in plug-connection with a vehicle-sided support wall (2), particularly a sheet-metal part of a B-column, in which a plug-in part (12) of the deflector is inserted in a mounting direction (M) in a support wall-sided plug-in receiver (15). The plug-in part of the deflector has a movement stop (39) which is brought-into latching connection with the support wall for securing the position of the deflector in a force application (F-GA) counter to the mounting direction.
