A crosslinkable thermoplastic fiber composite layer is formed by superposing and heat-crosslinking crosslinkable thermoplastic binder into desired shape using a molding press. The contact surface (s1) of molding press with carrier layer, and the contact surface (s2) of molding press with thermoplastic composite layer are contacted, to obtain composite mold components having crosslinkable thermoplastic fiber composite layer as carrier layer, and a thermoplastic composite layer as covering layer.
