The hard foam-shuttering element (10) has an inner wall (12), an outer thicker wall (14) and an intermediate cavity (18) which is filled with concrete, where the walls are held in a certain distance from each other by bars (16) made from plastic. The tubular recesses are provided in the outer thicker wall and are vertically arranged. The recesses are extended over more than half of the height of the hard foam-shuttering element. The recesses have a circular cross-section. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing a hard foam-shuttering element.
