PURPOSE: A tuning device of an exhaust system for a vehicle is provided to improve an exhausting force by increasing the amount of exhaust gas generated from the engine and discharged to the outside as a vortex generating member is formed inside a pipe member. CONSTITUTION: A tuning device of an exhaust system for a vehicle comprises a pipe member(100), a vortex generating member(200), and a joining member. The pipe member is arranged inside components(A,B) of the exhaust system. The vortex generating member is formed inside the pipe member so that exhaust gas forms a vortex. The joining member is formed on the exterior of the pipe member, thereby being fixed by a fastening member(10). The joining member is composted of separate extension flanges where fastening holes fastened by the fastening member are formed on both edge portions. The extension flange includes a joining hole, where the pipe member is inserted, in the center. A part of the joining hole is fixed to the outer periphery of the pipe member. |
