PURPOSE: An industrial chiller is provided to cool an anti-freezing solution with external air by changing a flow path of the anti-freezing solution to a sub heat exchanger, and to reduce power consumption. CONSTITUTION: A compressor(100), an expansion valve(300), and an evaporator(400) are successively connected to a refrigerant circulation pipe(P1). A sub heat exchanger(700) transfers heat to external air while an anti-freezing solution passes. The structure of the sub heat exchanger is the same with the structure of a condenser. The anti-freezing solution passes through the evaporator, and flows along a sub circulation pipe(P2-1) to the sub heat exchanger by using a flow path change valve(710). The anti-freezing solution passing through the sub heat exchanger flows along an anti-freezing solution circulation pipe(P2) to a reservoir(520).
