PURPOSE: An electric cooker is provided to efficiently prevent corrosion of a top heater stand plate even when contacting with steam at high temperature and high pressure using a stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance in the top heater stand plate. CONSTITUTION: An electric cooker comprises a top heater stand plate(100), a pressure correspondence driving unit, an inner pot cover(130), and a support(101). The top heater stand plate is made of a stainless steel material and is connected to the lower surface of the cover. A locking ring joint unit is formed to be curved at the edge of the top heater stand plate. The pressure correspondence driving unit is formed in the top heater stand plate to be selectively driven according to inner pressure of an inner pot(9). The inner pot cover is detachably connected to a lower part of the top heater stand plate. A penetration hole(130a) is formed on the inside of the inner pot cover. An inner pot packing joint unit is formed to seal an upper part of the inner pot at the edge of the inner pot cover. The support is fixed to the top heater stand plate.
