PURPOSE: A circular trombone phase varying device for a beam tilt is provided to simplify a configuration of a changeable substrate sliding stopper. CONSTITUTION: A circular trombone phase varying device includes a fixing substrate(100), a changeable substrate(200), and a signal distributer(180). The fixing substrate forms a part of pattern of a microstrip line which varies a signal phase on one side. The changeable substrate has an insulation film as a boundary, is installed to contact with the fixing substrate, and forms a trombone shape pattern capable of capacitively and variably coupling with the pattern which is formed on the fixing substrate according to a rotary motion. The changeable substrate variably forms the microstrip line with the fixing substrate. The signal distributer distributes an inputted signal and controls a magnitude.
