PURPOSE: An organic-inorganic hybrid polymer for manufacturing a polymer film is provided to introduce silica into a core-shell particle, thereby providing a film with excellent mechanical performance only by a room temperature contraction molding. CONSTITUTION: An organic-inorganic hybrid polymer for manufacturing a polymer film consists of a polyethylhexylacrylate/polystyrene polymer containing silica. The polyethylhexylacrylate/polystyrene polymer has a core-shell structure and the particle size of a core and shell is 20-100nm. The silica contains 20-40wt% of the polyethylhexylacrylate/polystyrene polymer. The polyethylhexylacrylate/polystyrene polymer contains 40-45wt% of the polyethylhexylacrylate and 55-60wt% of polystyrene.
