A method for controlling furnace temperature of a burning heating furnace includes: monitoring the furnace temperature to attain a feedback value of the furnace temperature; calculating a difference value between the setting value and the feedback value of the furnace temperature as a deviation value DV1; calculating a difference value between the setting value and the feedback value of the furnace temperature in a unit time, i.e. a slope of the variation value of the furnace temperature, as a deviation value DV2; attaining a speed V of the burning heating furnace unit from a speed regulator, and based on that, attaining a first multiple feed-forward output component FFV; attaining a second multiple feed-forward output component FFT according to the deviation value DV1; according to the deviation value DV1 and DV2, searching the PID control parameter based on the fuzzy control rule, and generating an adjusting control parameter OP1 according to the PID control parameter; combining the adjusting control parameter OP1 with the first multiple feed-forward output component FFV and the second multiple feed-forward output component FFT as the final control output value to control a gas flow regulating valve and an air flow regulating valve.
