PURPOSE: A brush bristle composition is provided to have low hardness, to prevent fracture to metal at washing, to have high elasticity, and to have excellent washing force. CONSTITUTION: A brush bristle compostion comprises a thermoplastic polyurethane and polyester. The weight ratio of the thermoplastic polyurethane and polyester is 6:4-8:2. The brush bristle comprises the brush bristle composition. The hardness of the brush bristle composition is Hs40-Hs60. The tensile strength of the brush base material is 4-7 g/15mm at a brush bristle with a diameter of 0.15 mm. The brush bristle is used in a washing process of a thin film transistor array.
