PURPOSE: A receiver and a transmitter which response to an interference signal in a super generative communication system and a method using the same are provided to deviate from the influence of the interference signal. CONSTITUTION: A resonance frequency controller(410) controls a resonance frequency which is related with a filtering band about a signal which is received from a transmitter. An oscillation signal generator(420) generates an oscillation signal according to a positive feedback amplification mode based on the resonance frequency or the signal. An oscillation property detector(430) detects the property of the oscillation signal. A determining unit(440) determines whether the signal includes an interference or not based on the property of the oscillation signal or the resonance frequency. A controller(450) controls the resonance frequency controller in order to control the resonance frequency based on a determined result.
