PURPOSE: A hot-water bidet having a hinge for voltage application is provided to allow a user to verify a toilet bowl state while the user is sitting on a seat of the hot-water bidet and to prevent dazzling by a main lamp when using the hot-water bidet at night. CONSTITUTION: A hot-water bidet comprises a main body(210) installed at a toilet bowl; a seat cover(220) to which a light member including a hinge part that joins with the main body and a connection terminal is equipped. The hinge part is connected to the power connection part and the light member to supply power applied from a power source device to the light member. The hinge part comprises a lead line including first and second ends; and a connection member including first and second terminals. The first end of the lead line is connected to the connection terminal of the light member, and the second end of the lead line is connected to the first terminal of the connection member. The second terminal of the connection member is connected to a power supply connector.
