PURPOSE: A composition for improving bone density, containing active ingredients of safflower seeds, Capsicum annuum, healthy soy sauce, and wood-cultured ginseng is provided to extend expiration date, to neutralize strong taste and flavor, and to enable foreigners or old people to easily take in. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a composition for improving bone density comprises: a step of roasting safflower seeds at 120-180 deg. C for 10-30 minutes; a step of smoking Capsicum annuum using ginger smoke and pulverizing; and a step of mixing 1-10 parts by weight of the Capsicum annuum powder with 100 parts by weight of the safflower seed powder. The safflower seed is prepared by cutting the safflower seed and removing the core from the safflower seed. The method also comprises a step of adding 1-20 parts by weight of healthy soy sauce powder and 0.1-2 parts by weight of wood-cultured ginseng powder.
