PURPOSE: A rudder angle sensor for a ship is provided to increase durability by preventing corrosion due to salt. CONSTITUTION: A rudder angle sensor for a ship comprises a housing(10), a rotary shaft, an electromagnet sensor, and a rotary bar(40). The housing is fixed in a position separated from a rudder. The rotary shaft is rotationally installed inside the housing and is coupled to a magnet. The electromagnet sensor is fitted in one side of the housing and is electrically connected to an angle display device(50). The electromagnet sensor detects the rotation direction and angle of the magnet rotated by the rotary shaft. The rotary bar is connected to a tiller arm and the rotary shaft and laterally rotates along the rotary shaft to display the angle of the rudder.
