PURPOSE: A promoter of DFR(dihydroflavonol 4-reductases) gene is provided to selectively regulate flower organs of Dendrobium. CONSTITUTION: A promoter which is specific to flower organs contains a base sequence of sequence number 5. Dendrobium orchid is Dendrobium monile. The promoter is specific to DFR. An expression vector contains one among flower organ-specific promoter and DFR-specific promoter. A method for controlling traits of the flower organ comprises a step of transforming the plant with the expression vector. The plant is Dendrobium sp. orchid.
