PURPOSE: A push-type power-saving electric outlet device is provided to turn on power by applying force in the direction of an outlet when a user inserts a plug into the outlet and turn off the power by applying force again, thereby switching on and off the power promptly and easily. CONSTITUTION: An insertion terminal(9) has an outlet part(10) where a plug terminal bar(6) is inserted in the front; and a terminal piece(12) formed at the lower portion. A switching converting plate(18) has a guide cam(35) in a portion of the front, which is operated by a cam link(16) fixed in an inner case(14). A fastening terminal(2) fixed within the inner case is connected to a power cable, and the insertion terminal is fastened to the fastening terminal. A spring(44) adds elasticity to the insertion terminal within the inner case. |
