PURPOSE: An electric cooker is provided to supply a stable coupling structure by preventing corrosion through manufacturing a top heater plate with a stainless steel material. CONSTITUTION: An electric cooker comprises a top heater stand plate(100), a pressure correspondence operating unit, an inner pot cover(130), and a control bracket(110). The top heater stand plate is made of a stainless steel material and is connected to the lower surface of the cover. A locking ring joint unit is integrally formed to be curved at an edge of the top heater stand plate. The pressure correspondence operating unit is formed in the top heater stand plate to be selectively driven according to inner pressure of an inner pot(9). The end portion of the pressure correspondence operating unit is connected to a steam discharge hole with a sealing ring(107) at the edge. The inner pot cover is detachably connected to the lower part of the top heater stand plate. A penetration hole is formed on the inside of the inner pot cover. An inner pot packing joint unit is formed to seal an upper part of the inner pot at the edge. The control bracket includes a leg unit to be fixed to the upper surface of the top heater stand plate.
