PURPOSE: A structure of a radiation unit of a heat exchanger and the heat exchanger with the same are provided to manufacture the heat exchanger by overlapping burring units of a plurality of radiating fins, thereby forming a refrigerant supply pipe functioning as a refrigerant pipe instead of the existing refrigerant pipe. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger comprises a radiating unit(100), a supporting plate(300), and a U-shaped band(300). The radiating unit forms a refrigerant supply pipe by joining burring units of a plurality of radiating fins in regular sequence. The burring unit is formed into a tapered shape which width becomes narrower to an end. The burring unit is joined by brazing welding. The supporting plate supports the radiating unit. The U-shaped band is joined to the radiating fins of the radiating unit through the supporting plate.
