PURPOSE: A device for preventing a spindle of a machine tool from vibrating is provided to stably prevent the spindle from vibrating in a spinning operation process by adhering to inner circumference of a housing through protruding a contact block to outer circumference of the spindle through a control screw. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing a spindle of a machine tool from vibrating comprises a housing(120), a control hole(130), a pushing ball(140), a contact block(150), and a control screw. The spindle(110) is inserted in the housing. The control hole includes a vertical unit(131) exposed in a shaft direction of the spindle and a horizontal unit(132) exposed to outer circumference of the spindle. The pushing ball is installed in the horizontal unit. The contact block installed to the outside of the horizontal unit. The contact block is exposed to the outside of the spindle by the pushing ball. The control screw is installed at the vertical unit. The control screw transfers the pushing ball and the contact block to the outer circumference of the spindle.
