PURPOSE: A portable spot facing process device is provided to improve workability by minimizing vibration and generation of dust in a process. CONSTITUTION: A portable spot facing process device comprises a fixed shaft(10), a driving unit(20), a head unit(50), and a driving cutting unit(70). The lower end of the fixed shaft is inserted to a hole for processing. The fixed shaft is penetrated to the driving unit. The fixed shaft is penetrated to the head unit. The head unit is connected to the driving unit and is rotatably installed. The driving cutting unit is installed at the head unit. The driving cutting unit is installed in a radial direction of the fixed shaft to be slid.
