PURPOSE: A composition for a medicine, food, or a beverage is provided to prevent telangiectasia on the face, neck, hands, and/or shoulders of a consumer by comprising a H2 histamine receptor antagonist. CONSTITUTION: A composition for a medicine for suppressing telangiectasia due to alcohol consumption comprises cimetidine and a carrier which is pharmaceutically acceptable. The composition is injected 2-60 minutes before alcohol consumption. The composition for food or a beverage for suppressing telangiectasia due to alcohol consumption comprises cimtidine, an excipient, and an additive.
