The invention relates to the field of machining, namely to magnetic abrasive machining of flat and cylindrical surfaces. A device for magnetic-abrasive machining comprises spaced magnetic systems, in which the opposite polarity poles face each other, the magnetic systems are made up of magnetic blocks, each of which is designed as a permanent magnet and a L-shaped pole piece, whose inner surface is in the contact with a non-working pole and the side surface of magnet. Additionally the magnetic blocks are arranged on the housing in radial grooves with possibility of their fastening at different distances from the axis of rotation of the device, the radial grooves are formed by sector-shaped inserts, which are fixed on the housing with possibility of movement, and on the surface of the magnetic block, which is in contact with the surface of housing a protrusion is made, whose surfaces are in contact with the appropriate surfaces of radial grooves on the housing. The invention reduces the cost of treatment by 15-20 % by reducing the sizes of devices for magnetic abrasive machining. |
