摘要 PURPOSE: A sea squirt or a Warty sea squirt with low sodium spice manufacturing method is provided to have an excellent taste in low sodium by filtering the water and washing the separated meat of the sea squirt or the Warty sea squirt. CONSTITUTION: A sea squirt or a Warty sea squirt is washed with sea water and sterilized in freshwater(S100, S200). The shell and the meat of the sea squirt or the Warty sew squirt are separated(S300). The water produced from separating the shell and the meat of the sea squirt or the Warty sea squirt is filtered to remove impurities with the purifying device(S400). Handled sea squirt or the Warty sew squirt are washed with the filtered water(S500). The saline solution and the natural vitamin C are added to the washed sea squirt or the Warty sew squirt to be aged(S600). The filtered water is high temperature sterilized before washing the sea squirt or the Warty sew squirt. The purifying device is a bag filter and the produced water when separating the shell and the meat of the sea squirt or the Warty sew squirt passes several times to filter. Washed sea squirt or the Warty sew squirt is added with salt to have 6% of salinity and aged at 5-20 degree Celsius for 15-48 hours.
