FIELD: power industry.SUBSTANCE: transshipment device includes an electromechanical non-copying bridge manipulator with a grip, a head is installed into the grip and repeats the shape of the ampoule cover plate. A plate, in which a fixed shell is installed, is attached to the head. The plate is provided with the slots, the symmetry axes of which are directed towards the axis of the fixed shell. Movable shells are installed in the slots and equipped with the cover plates, to which axes with rollers arranged in grooves made in the plate with an inclination to the fixed shell and located parallel to the slots are attached. Ampoule cover plate gripping mechanisms are mounted in shells, and chamfers are made on external lower edges of the shells. Ampoule cover plate gripping mechanisms include stocks installed in the cover plates of the shells, which are equipped in lower part with collars connected with articulated rods with stops, which are arranged in the slots of the shells, and in upper part with handles. In order to provide the possibility of simultaneous transshipment of three ampoules, two movable shells are installed in slots of the plate, and axes of one fixed shell and two movable shells are located at tops of an equilateral triangle. In order to make simultaneous transshipment of two ampoules possible, one movable shell is installed in the slot of the plate.EFFECT: simultaneous transshipment of several ampoules with beams of fuel elements.5 cl, 4 dwg |
