A fixing device includes a fit place, a damper, pins, thrust washer, fixing clutch, axle, eccentrics, levers, at that the fixing means and the pins are fixed in the fit place and taken out through the damper, the thrust washer is placed on the fixing clutch, and two eccentrics with levers are hinged to fixing clutch by means of axle, at that the pin is arranged as a fork with tips. Additionally it includes stop screws, lock nuts, at that the levers are arranged as screws, and in eccentrics openings with threading are provided, the stop screws are fixed in eccentrics with possibility of control of heights of those and fixation with lock nuts, eccentrics are installed to the axle in hinged way, asymmetrically or as fixed symmetrically one with respect to another. |
