TECHNIQUE FOR STAINING HISTOLOGICAL SPECIMENS

摘要

A technique for staining the histological specimens comprises the standard technique of immunohistochemical reaction till the step of visualization following incubation with chromogen. The histological specimen is incubated in solution of sodium acetate, solution of acetic acid and distilled water at the ambient temperature followed by staining with modified azure II-eosin solution.
