The utility model relates to computer technology and can be used in construction of specialized computing devices as functional module for realization of fuzzy comparison of two character sequences by corresponding correction of character-oriented comparison. The device is a combinational circuit. One of embodiments of the construct is a realization thereof as a functional block based on programmable logic device (PLD) which structure can be reconfigurated depending on length of binary vector.
