PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a feed composition is provided to increase content of omega-3 fatty acids. CONSTITUTION: A feed composition for increasing content of omega-3 fatty acids comprises 20-30 weight% of fermented ginkgo leaves grounds, 20-30 weight% of fermented flaxseed, and 1-10 weight% of fermented rice bran. And the fermentation product of the ginkgo leaves grounds, the flaxseed, and the rice bran is a fermentation product of a lactobacillus and bacillus. A feed composition for increasing content of omega-3 fatty acids further includes 1-10 weight% of purslane.
