PURPOSE: A geogrid and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to arrange first ribs, second ribs, and third ribs at an angle of 30 to 80 degrees from one another, thereby efficiently bearing loads in multiple directions. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a geogrid includes: a step of respectively concentrating and hanging coating yarns through multiple holes on a first guider, respectively hanging the concentrated coating yarns on pins suspended on a first chain, moving the first guider left along a first track, and then hanging the concentrated coating yarns on pins suspended on a rotatable second chain; a step of respectively concentrating a coating yarns having low melting point coating layers, and arranging the coating yarns having low melting point coating layers on the concentrated coating yarns in parallel to the rotating direction of the first and the second chains; a step of respectively concentrating and hanging the coating yarns having low melting point coating layers through the multiple holes, moving a second guider along a second track, and then hanging the concentrated coating yarns on the pins so that the concentrated coating yarns can be placed under the coating yarns hung on the pins suspended on the first chain; and a step of passing an arranged result from the previous steps through a heating zone in order to heat-treat the result at a temperature higher than the melting temperature of the low melting point coating layer and lower than the melting point of the coating yarn.
