The invention relates to compositions of organic polymers, in particular on the basis of high-impact polystyrene and fire retarders which can be used as constructional materials in electronics equipment, e.g. for manufacturing TV cabinets. A hard-combustible polymeric composition comprises high-impact polystyrene, natural rubber, mixture of calcium and zinc stearates with addition of a combination of tetrabromodiphenylolpropane and octadecyl-3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-propionate at following ration of components (parts by weight):
