FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method intended for vegetal raw material treatment during manufacture of food products and fodders for animals. The vegetal raw material treatment method involves vegetal raw material loading into the chamber, the chamber sealing, preliminarily warmed gasiform heat carrier supplying into the chamber under pressure, vegetal raw material heating up to the heat carrier temperature, immediate depressurisation of the chamber after expiry of time and movement of the treated vegetal raw material into the receptacle bin under overpressure. After the vegetal raw material heating up to the heat carrier temperature the raw material is removed from the chamber, replaced with a new portion of warmed heat carrier. The gasiform heat carrier treatment time lasts 3-600 sec; the gasiform heat carrier pressure is equal to 0.1-3 MPa; the gasiform heat carrier temperature is equal to 50°-400°C.EFFECT: invention usage will allow to enhance the manufactured product quality and nutrition capacity.3 cl, 1 dwg, 8 ex |
