A method for affecting the speech development comprises the massage of the tips of the fingers combined with the images of the symbols in the new rune language with the frequency of these signals coinciding with the frequency of cerebral waves at the cell level. The massage is provided in intermittent mode transferring the tips of the fingers contacting with hard, flowing, plastic, etc. base with concomitant application of the symbols in the new rune language. |
